What we collect

The free resources from our reels need no sign-up: we collect nothing for them.

For The GLP-1 Starter Guide: your email address, your answers to two questions (your sex, and which best describes your situation with GLP-1 medication) and the reel keyword that brought you.

Your answer about medication is health information. We only keep it if you tick the consent box; otherwise it's recorded as "rather not say".

On your device: a small note in your browser's storage, so the site recognizes you next time. You can remove it by clearing your browser data.

Why we use it

To send you the guide, and emails that fit your situation. Nothing else.

How it's protected

Your details are stored with Kit, our email provider, over encrypted connections. The site is hosted by Netlify and the guide file by Google Drive. These providers only store or deliver data for us under their privacy and security terms; they may not use it for their own purposes. We would only disclose information if the law required it.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time: email hello@bellyness.com and we'll do it. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California or Washington), you may have more rights, including complaining to a data-protection authority.
